We’ve had another week of incredible snow and amazing conditions on the mountain. And today is a beautiful bluebird day here in Sun Valley. Laurel is off this morning taking a few runs with her family.
I’ve been on the phone this morning with an agent from another local office discussing our lack of inventory. Buyers who have been on the hunt for quite some time are starting to get extremely frustrated with their lack of choices. Since mid-2022, buyers have been anticipating a drop in prices and an increase in inventory, however we have seen exactly the opposite. Inventory remains low and prices have continued to rise.
In an attempt to help some of our frustrated clients, I figured I’d reach to all of you to see if we can drum up some properties that are not yet on the market.
