Katherine Rixon – Owner/Broker

Katherine has been selling real estate since 2000, and has been in partnership with Rob Cronin since 2006. She is known for her incredible work ethic, her dedication to her clients, and the ability to get more done in a day than seems humanly possible.

Katherine graduated Cum Laude from Colorado College with a degree in Economics and Environmental Science. Her husband, Buffalo, is an architect and partner with R/L/B. They have two children.

When she is not working, you will find Katherine shuttling kids to ski races in the winter, paddle boarding around Alturas Lake in the summer, and out running the local trails whenever possible.

Rob Cronin – Owner/Agent

Rob has lived in Sun Valley since 1995. He originally moved from New York City to open The Mint for Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. He fell in love with the valley and has since owned several restaurants, including the award-winning Zou 75 in Hailey.

A cancer survivor himself, Rob has been involved with Camp Rainbow Gold (a program for children with cancer and their families) for the past 16 years. He has been recognized nationally for his work with the camp by Realtor Magazine and was awarded the Good Neighbor award in 2006. Rob was also voted “Valley’s Best Realtor” in 2010.

In 2015 Rob married his wife Charli, and instantly became a father to two boys, Ashton and Jadon. He is teaching them to golf, hunt and snowboard. Rob is a true ‘people person’ and loves nothing more than enjoying a glass of wine with clients and friends!

Erika Rixon – Agent

Erika, a former NCAA ski racer, moved to Sun Valley after graduating from the University of Utah. She worked for the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation for 14 years, first coaching and then running their academic program. Along the way, she has also run a successful Arbonne health and wellness business and is now raising two spirited little boys.

Erika is originally from New York but is now a forever Sun Valley resident, having married into the Rixon family. Her husband Carl (also a former ski racer) owns and operates Rixon Excavation.

Erika is kind, fun, persistent, and always calm in the midst of chaos. She loves nothing more than exploring the out-of-doors with her family.

Jordan Jadallah – Licensed Agent

Hailing from San Francisco and Seattle, Jordan, who moved to Sun Valley permanently in early 2020, has been spending time in the 83340 for over 20 years; in his heart, it’s always been home. It was here he and his fiancée Allison first met and where, in 2021, they were engaged.

Jordan graduated from University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s in Economics. Prior to joining the merry band at Rixon + Cronin, he spent six years in the Bay Area working in tech at several prominent companies, starting with Tesla in various roles, then at Samsara and ChargePoint in Sales Operations. He is thrilled to begin a new professional chapter in real estate.

Born with profound hearing loss, Jordan wears two cochlear implants that allow him to hear. Having raced go-karts throughout his childhood (fun fact: he’s a three-time Californian champion), his greatest passion and favorite pastime is cars and racing. About town, Jordan can be found indoors or out, usually alongside his soon-to-be bride, Allison.

Laurel Holland – Director of Operations

Born in Portland, ME and raised in Walla Walla, WA, Laurel graduated with Honors from Harvard College in 2006 and moved to New York shortly thereafter to pursue an acting career. She pivoted in 2010 to a more writerly trajectory, eventually accepting a position at Columbia Journalism School managing digital strategy, PR and event planning for the school’s centennial year. In September 2014 Laurel relocated to Ketchum to complete Spindrift, a memoir about her late father, who disappeared in an ice climbing accident in 1989 and whose body was recovered 21 years later at the base of the glacier that claimed his life. A lover of all things sartorial with a penchant for the high-heeled shoe, Laurel joins the Rixon + Cronin team on the heels of her time as Donor Relations Officer at Sun Valley Museum of Art and frequent front-of-house cameos at Enoteca. In their free time, Laurel, her soon-to-be husband Shannon and their dog Ash can be found in the outdoor playground we are lucky to call home.
