On the real estate front, inventory remains historically low, and buyers are scratching their heads trying to find properties to purchase in practically every price point. Team Update
I made it back to Sun Valley this week after a fantastic European getaway. We were spoiled with incredible weather, great wine and food and amazing scenery. But regardless of how fantastic the vacation, I am always happy to come home to the Wood River Valley.
Yesterday, we were treated to seven inches of new snow on Baldy, and today the sun is out — and from what I hear, the skiing is incredible. (I still have a bit of catching up to do at the office.) The snow has also refreshed the Nordic trails, just in time for Ski Free Day taking place tomorrow on all of the BCRD trails up and down the Valley. It’s the perfect time to break out those skinny skis!
