“The Rixon and Cronin team member whom we worked with was Rob Cronin. In late spring, we were told that market prices were quite volatile due to a severe imbalance caused by very high demand and extremely low inventory. A preliminary price range was established. We were told that the high end of this price range was aggressive but not “piggy.” The end story here is that we sold our property for 21% more than the middle of the price range suggested in the early days of planning. Ultimately we went to contract in a matter of days. Our brokers offered unlimited and very valuable advice about whom we should contact for services ranging from “staging” to packing and shipping (we ended up shipping to Seattle, San Francisco and New York –– we had nary a scratch at the end of the day.) The net is that we received excellent advice from our brokers. The tasks were many; the outcomes were superb.”
